Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Items
All U RIPPA products are custom-made upon order. As a result:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

We do not offer refunds for incorrect size, colour, or style selection
Please ensure you carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

Provide clear photos showing the issue

Include your order number and a brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Printful’s resolution process.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit and confirmed as lost by the carrier:

A replacement or refund will be issued once the carrier investigation is complete

Delays caused by carriers do not automatically qualify as lost
Please contact us if your tracking has not updated for an extended period.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

We may offer a reshipment at an additional shipping cost

Refunds are not guaranteed for address-related delivery failures
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:

5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
(depending on your bank or payment provider)
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
